PARTY / EVENT CONTRACT

• Birthday Parties are approximately 2 hours long

• The base party package is for up to 8 children including the birthday child.  

• Base package: $475.  A 50% non-refundable deposit via credit card will be held to hold the date: $237.50.  We can not hold a date without a deposit.  Balance is paid on day of event.

• Any more than 8 children will incur an additional fee of $50 per child.  Confirmation of the number of children must be provided 5 days before event to make sure we order enough food, beverage and supplies. 

• No discounts are given if fewer than 8 children show up the day of the party

• You may bring a cake or cupcakes.

• We can arrange a cake with our local baker, Jennifer Dennison, for an additional fee  

• Instruction, cars and controllers provided 

• Paper products provided

• Pizza and soda additional:  $24/plain pizza, $3/bottle of soda

• 1 slice per child

• Water and other beverages are available for purchase.

• 2 week cancellation policy.   

• Parent(s)/chaperone(s) must stay in the facility during the entire event.

• No outside decorations permitted, unless it’s a stand-alone cardboard figure.  Nothing can be taped or put on the walls or track.  No confetti, sparkles, glitter, noisemakers, balloons, silly string or piñatas permitted.

• Your deposit will be deducted from the balance at the end of the party.  We accept all major credit cards with an additional 3.5% fee added on.  Cash is accepted.  Personal checks are not accepted.  

• No alcohol, vaping, or marijuana permitted on premises.

FAQ:

• Can I bring my own food?  

With the exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes, no other food or beverage is allowed – feel free however, to bring a substitution as needed for any child with food restrictions due to allergies. 

• Do I need to bring anything with me?   Nope.  We provide all the paper products, if need be.  

• Is the facility allergen free?  No.  

By hosting this party, I am fully aware of the interactive and active nature of a hobby shop and remote control car racing.   Each child’s parent/guardian- do not and will not hold Small Scale Speedway liable for any injury incurred while on promises – indoor or outside in parking lot.
